You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Refunds may be considered within 7 days of initial subscription charge (excluding trial periods) on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@lampstandtrading.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.
Founding Member pricing is locked permanently at $29/month as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Cancellation forfeits the Founding Member rate permanently. Resubscribing after cancellation will be at the then-current standard rate.
